Bailey took our inherited dilapidated 50 year old house and transformed it into the retirement home of our dreams. As the project progressed Bailey's technological skills kicked in. She created and was able to share with us 3-D computer "fly throughs" of what the house was going to look like. It was her vision inspired by our input. She showed us many furniture options, all beautiful in keeping with our "beach house/canyon view" theme. She envisioned bringing the outside in and created a gorgeous patio with dining table, jacuzzi deck, couch and fire pit. Our house is beautiful, comfortable and perfect! Eight days after my elderly husband passed away, a flood occurred in the laundry and bathroom area of my condo. I worked with Bailey on a project with a lot of detailed and difficult elements that were new to me. (i.e. electrified mortise lock, electrified hinges). Bailey was extremely detail oriented and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Over the course of several months, we worked together to come up with the solutions needed for the clients requests. We had many reservations about whether to sell vs renovate but once we met Bailey the excitement set in and the journey began. She took the time to get to know us and we became fast friends.
